Day Three at Madurai
We reached Madurai and went to Aravind Eye Hospital.
Personal Observations (27 Dec 2022)
- With great vision, comes greater responsibility.
- Dr. G. Natchiar and many in the Aravind team have reached the 5th stage of intelligence as per Mr Einstein viz Smart, Intelligent, Brilliant, Genius and SIMPLE ! They were SIMPLE - sages for whom claps, reputations, selfies, news media and harvard business reviews does not matter, what matters is
"Have we done enough ?" ... such humbling words ! - Thank god, I was not allowed Q & A session, you allowed conversation with the 82 year old sage ! I sat at Dr. G. Natchiar feet and I got what I came for !
- Lets wait and see what more we have at Jagriti Yatra !

- Intelligence and capability are not enough. There must be the joy of doing something beautiful.
- Do not fight with competitors. Train them as they have same vision. ! You win with them !
- After any
movieevent, be insightful, what moral value did you learn ? - Define things properly
BLIND - Blind is someone who cannot see 4 fingers within 4 mtrs range with both eyes open.
Same goes for your vision ! - Discipline is very important in any work
- Education doesn't play any part in our life ! Attitude of an employee matters more than knowledge and skill !
- When you show off you should not be there ... That's a fake world
- Never sell your soul son !
- IT is nothing complicated, it will find you !
