Day four at Bengaluru
We stopped at WHITE FIELD for Bengaluru. Actually many were disappointed as we thought that we were going to INFOSYS and many needed to freshen up and bath there !

We went to Oxford College of Business and Management !

Personal Observations (28-Dec-2022)

1. Discussion 1st time moved from pain points products to pleasure points products ! In simple words, from not rich people to wealthy people.
2. Design Thinking - ask questions till you reach to the correct one !
3. JEM (Jagriti Enterprise Mela) - Basically counters to display business and ideas were set up in different verticals inside the campus. The only thing I found interesting was Garbage collection from sea because of my Merchant Navy background, surprisingly they claimed to be profitable !
4. Yours Truly Theatre - This was really good !
   Unscripted act, play based on user feedback ! Initially I thought it was some Cultural and theatrical mumbo jumbo but as it started to proceed it turned out to be really insightful.
   Act is to be experienced to understand it, however if asked to explain in 1 line

1. Bus Ride : I was lucky enough to sit next to Media personnel and I came to know about the apps and softwares they use for editing videos - Davinci resolve, Adobe premier and FCP. Needless to say that he told me from where to get the crack, without even asking !
2. Ownership is taking responsibility.
3. You need customers not sponsors and VC Funding.
4. Your money is of no value to me if my offering does not bring any value to you.
5. Every meeting should have an insight
6. Indians give review only when they have to give negative reviews
7. Simplicity in products sells

1. Young guy was bold enough to admit, in front of everyone, that he has not seen any pain worth sharing, when compared to others !
2. He solved my long pending question - Why is this our generation so confused !
