gmdss goc renewal cop 23 form


while i was filling cop 23 form last page had a certificate which says it has to be filled and submitted by competent authority.
 so my ques is that who has to fill it, weather wpc will fill it or someone else

GMDSS GOC details not shown in WPC website ?


My GMDSS GOC will expire in Feb 2017 so I am trying to renew it. I registered on WPC site and selected appropriate option, put my current GOC Number and clicked search. However it shows that there is no GOC with this number ! What should I do ?

wpc is divided into regions some have online record and some do not(chennai) have so contact ur institute from where you did your gmdss ...
