GMDSS GOC details not shown in WPC website ?

GMDSS GOC details not shown in WPC website ?

My GMDSS GOC will expire in Feb 2017 so I am trying to renew it. I registered on WPC site and selected appropriate option, put my current GOC Number and clicked search. However it shows that there is no GOC with this number ! What should I do ?

  I posted GMDSS GOC renewal procedure few years ago and perhaps not much have changed, however I never faced GMDSS GOC details not showing ! I hope that after login you selected "GMDSS general Operator Certificate & License to Operate" option from the drop-down option ! Can you search again with your GOC Number with AND without "GOC" typed before it !
  
  If your details are still not coming, then I am sorry I do not have contact details about whom to contact ! Would request you to do reply to this post later with your experience to help mariners with same issue. Best of luck friend !

  I TRIED EVERY THING BUT ITS NOT SHOWING AND TRYING TO CONTACT THE INSTITUTE FROM WHERE I DID GMDSS FOR HELP
