Reissue of Passport at PSK Ranchi

Below is my Brothers experience for Reissue of Passport at Passport Seva Kendra, Ranchi. Sharing with all his mail to me...

Sahi mein, TCS ka tag lagaye hue bhed bakroyon ko dekhne mein maja aa raha hai. My understanding was tht systems are made to reduce human dependency, but I see d vice versa here: more manpower lots of noise...

Chalo, my experience was not much different than yours.. documents ka list le gaya, par fir bhi 10th certificate chahiye tha madam ko. When I demanded for the need of it she said its mandatory. To my luck a senior approached and cleared me off.. (lucky me u see).

Pehla padaav paar to counter "A" pe pahuchne se pehle hi (to my delight) ek bachchi chillayi XXXXX. Madam ke paas jaake pehle apna naam sahi pronounce karne ki darkhwast ki. Madam ne gusse se upar dekha aur aankhon se bola "chup chaap baith jao". Samajhdar ko ishara mila aur mein chuhe ke maafik chup chaap baith gaya.

Phir mera photo session hua, wo bhi daant-te hue ki hilo mat, yahan dekho wagaira wagaira... sahi bolta hoon lag raha tha jaise school ki teacher daant rahi ho. Miyan, baal tak nahi jhaad paya... :-(

Phir baari aayi enquiries ki. Mein kya karta hoon, jsr mein kya job hai wagaira wagaira... phir marriage cert pe joint photo kyun nahi hai. Arre court jo karti hai usmein mera kya role! Phir madam boli photo wala hi cert accept hota hai. Come-on yaar, I cannot afford to go to d marriage registrar of jsr and demand him to paste my couple pic coz madam ko chahiye tha. Whn showed d original, bolti hai nahi chalega. Sar ghoomna shuru hi hua ki neighbor ke apne counter wale ne initiative leke kaha ki this is correct n accepted. Mann to kiya ki jaake bhaisaab ko do chumma doon. 'Thnks boss, u were like god to me thn'.
Nyways, ye khatam hua to madam ne biometric pe finger n thumb prints be zyaada time nahi lagate hua hamein rafa dafa kiya. Hwever, I made sure tht I thanked her for all her kind support...
Since then waiting fr d next counter - B...

1 hr gone since I have come n Jus cleared B counter...

Awaiting either counter C to call me or a call frm APO.
