Carriage of goods by sea Act. Each Country has its own COGSA in which details of sea carriage of goods are given and the rules governing them is given. It briefs whether the country follows the HR, HVR or Hamburg rules.

As far as COGSA is concerned for INDIA it is just a copy of Hague-Visby rules.
