What is vcf , why it is used ?

VCF is the volume correction factor apllied to the volume obtained after the ullaging at the ullaging temp.Since we know that all the calculation of oil is done at 15* C therefore this vcf is applied to the volume to obtain the volume of oil at 15* C.
