eSamudra vs MMD profile for DCE
I have been going through all the topics on DC endorsements .. most of us are registered at DG shipping e samudra site.. as i see do we also have to register at mmd.gov.in site and take print outs from both the updates before we can apply for the DC endorsements ?

1 We actually touched this topics at STCW 2010 FAQ. For DCE at MMD Mumbai, they want you to fill MMD profile. Since all other MMD wants eSamudra DG Shipping Profile that is why everyone is talking about that only!
While we did found DG Shipping circulars for eSamudra but never found anything about MMD profile. MMD Mumbai gives some vague reason for it ! As if esamudra problems were not enough, MMD Mumbai wants to complete that MMD profile too !
