CDC Checker shows old CDC details
I got CDC renewal sticker about one month ago. But the CDC checker in dg shipping site still shows my CDC status is in expired condition. I cannot update in e-samudra seafarers profile also, under the tab documents, EDIT and DELETE button is hidden so i cannot update. Please help in the matter.

I do not think that even after you update Esamudra, CDC Checker will show the correct data. At least it is not showing in mine. Anyways
- I mentioned in E-Samudra profile update, Esamudra do not allow you to edit verified documents.
- You can still add your new sticker details. I am attaching screenshot what I have done.
- While it is OK to update your Seafarer Profile but I do not think CDC Checker is linked to it.
- "EDIT" & "DELETE" option comes only in documents which are not verified. Verified documents do not have such options.
- Your documents got verified when you went for your previous exams and will again get verified during next examination/re-validation.
- I mentioned in E-Samudra profile update, Esamudra do not allow you to edit verified documents.

0 Sorry but it seems like correction in CDC Checker may be done by contacting/email to concerned shipping master (CDC issued) with a copy to supervisory officer at below emails.
