CDC Replacement rejected

I received my rejected application for CDC renewal but I applied for duplicate CDC !
Can anyone suggest me, what should I do ? I checked all my document they are for Duplicate CDC !

  Sorry to hear about that, Can you please attach the rejection letter for reference. Whenever DG Shipping rejects your CDC renewal form it details the reason for it.
  
  Also note that since July 2015, DG Shipping has started online CDC renewal and are rejecting applications done by post. I hope this is not your case !

  I will attach rejection form as well as my application form in which it is clearly written that I am applying for duplicate cdc. This is 2nd time they rejected for renewal sticker, but not for duplicate CDC.
  I read MS notice 06 of 2015  it states that online facility soon available for renewal and duplicate CDC at end of 15 aug but i check option for dupicate cdc is not available on-line,
  I sent my application as per MS notice 24 0f 2012, i can not understand, what was my fault why they rejected my application ? Anyone please tell me what should I do ?

  The rejection letter actually states about MS 06 of 2015, and you are right that it is all about Online CDC renewal.
  
  While the circular states that online procedure will start since August 2015, but your form is rejected due to this. You can check Online CDC renewal where Nuruzzaman shamsuzzoha CDC application too was rejected, even though he applied in July 2015.
  
  I believe that the rejection letter is saying "additional CDC booklet" because DG Shipping will issue a new CDC as you have lost your Indian CDC. I would suggest you to reapply CDC online. It generally takes 25 to 30 days for renewal of CDC.
