CDC renewal replacement after 10yrs

Please note that all pages of my CDC are full and CDC is also expired. Please confirm should I apply as "CDC renewal" or "Fresh" or some other way. Please assist.

  You need to apply for CDC renewal. Mostly procedure is same except that you will need to send your CDC along with DD to concerned Shipping Master.

CDC renewal replacement after 10yrs

Refer upgraded DG Shipping website : for CDC renewal replacement, select e-governance, e-samudra, enter ID & PW and login, select CDC management, note the 'please read instruction before applying', finally select Submit Application icon but the menu option therein 'Replacement CDC' as specifically stated in instructions page 7&8 is not there.
Considering above, what is the procedure for CDC renewal replacement after 10yrs?

  Please note for renewal of lost CDC you do not need to go through E-samudra !
