Please help me with the COC revalidation checklist MMD Noida.
Is there any other requirement apart from what is mentioned in the checklist ?

0 I recently added my experience of Indian COC revalidation procedure. The post also has the checklist in it and I hope you find it helpful.
For MMD Noida, the clerk at the desk, is harassing for CDC Checker details and other COP Checker. Be sure that your details are shown correctly in those checkers. Its still ambiguous whom to contact for correction in these checkers ! I even filed an RTI for COP / COC Checker, but have not got any satisfactory reply from DG Shipping. Also while the COC renewal forms are available on chennai MMD website, MMD Noida will not accept it ! MMD Noida pester mariners by stamping all forms. So, they will not accept any form without there stamp.
Please do update this post with other relevant details you may have to help other mariners like you, best of luck.
