Indian CDC & COC

Dear JAHAJEE Please Update
details : 1) I have OOW (Officer on Watch) COC by Belize. I have a total 25 months experience as a Deck Cadet. I was issued RAdio Officer CDC by Dg shipping. I wish to have an Indian CDC.Can I get basis above experience?
2)When I am eligible for 2nd Mate Indian COC exam?

  Hi Friend,
  1. I am not sure but I think you can apply for Indian CDC subject to condition detailed in DG Shipping Circular @ http://dgshipping.gov.in/writereaddata/ShippingNotices/201306281009462978515note24_2012_a.pdf
  
  2. Your sea-time should be properly documented in Indian CDC for 2nd Mate Indian COC. Also your college needs to be DG Shipping approved for 2nd mate exams in India.
  
  I would recommend to contact nearest MMD for more exact / correct information.
