    The master & crew members or any other person employed or engaged in any capacity onboard for bussiness of that ship .

      Crew members (if any), as well
      as the driver or pilot of the
      vehicle, are usually not
      considered to be passengers.

        1. passenger is any person other than master and crew or any other person who is not directly or indirectly involved with the operation and business of the ship.
        2. any child who is less than 1 year of age is also a passenger.
