yes.
bt n narrow channel only if vsl to be overtaken permits and give searoom.

  Yes
  in narrow channel or TSS overtaking can take place only when overtaken vessel allows a safe permit to the over taking vessel & over taking vessel shall make a appropriate sound signal as per rule 34(c)(i).
