GMDSS Renewal online registration issue ?

My GMDSS GOC licence number is GOC-XXXX4, and it is expiring on 20/02/2017. I was doing GMDSS renewal online registration on WPC website (as per procedure given by Indian maritime college site), however when I enter my GOC number it shows no result found !

So please guide me how to do online registration for GMDSS renewal ? Without registration number ,how can I send all documents to New Delhi ?

  Hi Sandeep, sorry to hear that ! Other mariners too have faced and asked this issue before but nobody replied and concerned person never reverted back with a satisfactory reply ! Few similar Pages for your reference :

  I posted GMDSS GOC renewal procedure few years ago and perhaps not much have changed, however I never faced GMDSS GOC details not showing ! I hope that after login you selected "GMDSS general Operator Certificate & License to Operate" option from the drop-down option ! Can you search again with your GOC Number with AND without "GOC-" typed before it !

  wpc is divided into regions some have online record and some do not(chennai) have so contact ur institute from where you did your     gmdss
