How will you check that the foam extinguisher is in satisfactory condition or not ?

He himself told the answer saying that,open the extinguisher take very little amt of foam concentrate and water from the extinguisher n put the water on foam solution,if foam developes its okk.

0 But for portable foam type fire extinguisher water and the foam solution is already mixed and stored in to the cylinder with a CO2 cartridge inside....then?
