Maritime jobs after Civil Engineering

Hello, i want to know about maritime jobs available in merchant navy after Engineering. I am pursuing my civil engineering final year with an aggregate of 50%, so what will be the jobs available and what are the requirements. Your concern is appreciated.

  Hi Friend, you cannot join Merchant Navy directly after Civil Engineering, you would additionally need to do certain Merchant Navy Course prior joining Merchant Navy. While there is scarcity of jobs, but it depends more upon Merchant Navy Rank, Maritime course you opt to do and which Merchant Navy College in India you choose.   You can join Merchant Navy after Civil engineering as Deck Cadet after doing DNS - Diploma in Nautical Sciences course, but that course can also be joined after 12th.
