CDC Renewal Procedure all pages full

My cdc is getting filled. I need Some extra pages,can somebody advice me how to go about and apply for extra pages. And,  do I need to submit my cdc.

  You will need to apply for CDC renewal and will have to send your CDC along with your filled form. You can download CDC Renewal form @ M.S. Notice 24 of 2012 Dated 04.12.2012. "Appendix A" is for new CDC and "Appendix B" for CDC renewal. Please go through Appendix B for details.
  
  Listing down few important points

  1. You will need to send CDC in original. (For additional / Replacement CDC cases)
  2. You will need to pay non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/- through Demand Draft (details in form)
  3. No need of attestation by Gazetted Officer, Self attestation accepted on copies of your documents.
  4. Do not forget to write your Full name and date of self attestation also.
  5. Use only CAPITAL LETTERS while filling your CDC Renewal form.
  6. Avoid over-writing !
  7. Fill & send only page number 4 to 8 (first 3 instruction pages are only for reference)
  8. Write on top left hand of the envelope (containing documents/CDC renewal form) in BLOCK LETTERS "REPLACEMENT OF CDC".
  9. Write your name on the reverse of your photograph.
  10. Send the application by Registered / Speed post / Courier service to the Shipping Master (address given in the CDC Renewal form)
  11. Documents required for CDC Replacement is detailed in Section II (B) of the CDC Renewal Form

  I chose Speed post for sending my duly filled CDC Renewal Form. I am not sure how long it takes for CDC Replacement as mine case was only for CDC renewal sticker (reported to take less than 1 month). Best of luck and do share your experience for helping other mariners.

  Thank you Rishi for your reply. If I send my original cdc, will I get it back because  its my seatime proof.

  Yes that is right you should get it back with your new CDC. Original CDC is perhaps wanted by DG Shipping to verify that you have all filled pages.
  
  Please go through all the details in that PDF form linked above. Procedure is almost same as detailed in CDC Renewal procedure except that of 1000 Rs demand draft and sending your CDC. Also do not forget to check eSamudra problems which you may face once you start to fill DG Shipping profile. Please do update this post with your experience which I may have missed. Best of luck.

  Thanks for your forum which I used for information to renew my CDC from Kolkata. Kolkata DG Shipping was very prompt in renewing my CDC (CDC replacement). In addition to all the documents to submit as per DG Shipping website, You also need to submit self attested printout of your latest updated DG Shipping seafarer profile.
  
  My CDC replacement got delayed a bit for this reason as same not mentioned on DG Shipping website. It took about 45 days from the time of application to get my replacement CDC. Thanks for your wonderful website which helped a lot.

  Nikhil CDC Renewal procedure seems to have gone online, you can please check Indian CDC replacement procedure 2019. Also if they reject they will notify you with a proper mail detailing the reason of rejection.
